The YVC Great North Runners 2023

Our fantastic team of runners taking part in this year's Great North Run raised over £1700 for Your Voice Counts so we want to say a massive thank you to them for all of their hard work and dedication.

We are a small, independent charity separate from funders, public bodies and other service providers. We rely on support from our local community and corporate partners to help us to continue supporting people who need us so we are incredibly grateful for the money raised by our runners.

One of our runners, Matthew, told us:

“It made me feel great. I couldn’t believe all the people there cheering us all on. The atmosphere was brilliant. I want to say thank you to all those who sponsored me because the money will help Voice Counts to keep doing what they do to help people and to keep our drop-ins running”
