Co-Production Week 2026

Co-production isn’t a project. It’s how we work.
We are proud to celebrate #CoProductionWeek but at Your Voice Counts co-production happens every week of the year.
We believe the best services are designed with people, not for people.
Across Your Voice Counts, people with lived experience help shape our organisation every day. They:
influence how services are designed
improve information so it’s more accessible
help recruit staff
share their experiences to improve health and social care
sit on our Board and influence strategic decisions
support projects that improve communities across the North East
Whether someone is helping shape advocacy, improving public transport, speaking up through self-advocacy groups or sharing their experiences to influence change, every voice matters.
Co-production isn’t about asking for opinions after decisions have already been made. It’s about working together from the beginning.
Thank you to every Expert by Experience, volunteer, staff members and partner who helps make this possible.
