Who is Reconnect for?

 

Reconnect from Your Voice Counts helps people access the vital services they need.  We work with people experiencing issues including:
 

• homelessness

• discrimination

• poverty

• mental ill health

• substance dependency.

What do we do? 

​

We help people:
 

• attend and engage with health, housing, alcohol, legal and community services

• navigate systems

• understand their rights and options and help them to put their views across.

 

We also work in partnership with other services, supporting them to address the barriers that prevent people from engaging with them.

​​​​How can I make a referral?

 

​​​Due to the intensive nature of our work, there is no referral form. If you think someone could benefit from our support, please get in touch with our Reconnect Worker so we can discuss how we can help:
