Gateshead Community Model Event - 27th September

Gateshead Council, Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Trust and Your Voice Counts will be holding a Gateshead Community Model Event on Friday 27 September 2019, 9.30am - 3.45pm @ The Gateshead Marriott, Metrocentre, Marconi Way, Gateshead NE11 9XF event to give individuals, families, carers, advocates, health and social care professionals the opportunity to shape how services are delivered to people with a Learning Disability or people who have Autism.

This is your opportunity to shape and develop a community model that works for local people with access to local services.

We will be covering the following topics:

Personalisation and choice

Prevention and early help

Health and wellbeing

Housing and accommodation

Employment and education

Refreshments and a light lunch will be served
