A key part of this commitment is our Inclusion Support Worker role which Frances has recently taken up.

Meet Frances, Inclusion Support Worker at Your Voice Counts

“Hi, I’m Frances and I am the new Inclusion Support Worker at Your Voice Counts. I’ll be supporting our staff with lived experience of a learning disability and neurodivergence, making sure they have the reasonable adjustments and right support in place to thrive at work.

"I’ll be providing practical, organisational and communication support which empowers our staff to feel more confident and independent in their roles. I want to make sure that the lived experience of our staff is truly recognised, heard and valued.

"So, it feels really exciting to be supporting our lived experience staff members to contribute in ever more meaningful ways to the work, culture and direction of Your Voice Counts.”

Frances’ work strengthens the support already in place at Your Voice Counts, helping to ensure that colleagues with lived experience are not only included but empowered to achieve their goals while also helping to shape our organisation.
