Join our Board as an Expert by Experience

We are looking for people who have experience of using our services to join our Board.

Have you or someone you care for used one of our services?
Would you like to use your knowledge to make our services better and shape the direction we take in the future?

We want to put the knowledge and experience of people who use our services at the centre of our work. You are the experts in your own lives and we want to work with you to use that expertise.

What would being a Board member mean?

Being a Board member is a voluntary role, so you won’t get paid but we will pay expenses. We would want you to be available for 1-2 days a month for meetings and workshops.

Do I need to have experience in this type of work?

No, you would be what we call an Expert by Experience, using your experience of your own life to help us make decisions.
