Sometimes you need help to sort a big problem in your life. |

You might have to make a big decision such as where you live or who you live with.

Sometimes there are a lot of different people telling you what they think would be best for you. |

They will listen to you. |

They will find out what YOU want. |
 |
They can speak for you at meetings. They can help you tell people what you want. |
 |
They are INDEPENDENT and don't work for the Council or Health Service. Their job is to speak up for YOU, not them. |
